Capt Jatinder Gill is the Managing Director – India Agency at Sea Consortium Shipping / X-Press Feeders, based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, with nearly three decades of leadership in the feeder shipping segment. Since August 1996, he has been responsible for developing feeder shipping facilities across ports in and around India, establishing and sustaining company offices at all Indian ports and in Bangladesh, shaping budgets and service patterns for the India business, and driving strong business growth while upholding high standards of service integrity. Earlier, he served as GM Operations – East India at Maersk Line India, bringing valuable operational experience to his current role.

Mr Shobhit Bhatnagar, IRTS

Mr Shobhit Bhatnagar, an Indian Railways Traffic Service (IRTS) officer of the 1992 batch, brings over three decades of experience across operations, commercial strategy, and railway digitalisation. He assumes charge at DFCCIL at a pivotal stage as the corporation transitions toward full-scale operations. A technocrat by training, he has earlier served as Group General Manager (Operations & Business Development) at DFCCIL, GGM (Commercial & Operations) at CONCOR, and held key roles including CFTM and CPTM in multiple zonal railways. He also contributed to the development of FOIS and led initiatives on e-registration of demand and e-TRR systems.

As Secretary General of the Container Freight Stations Association of India (CFSAI), he represents and advances the interests of India’s CFS sector, driving policy engagement and industry collaboration. He is Whole Time Director at JSW Infrastructure Ltd and Head of Strategy, Investments, and Marketing for all ports & terminals. He is Managing Director of JSW Overseas FZE, and JSW Middle East Terminal- UAE. Devki is President of “Indian Private Ports & Terminals Association (IPPTA)”, and Chairman of the Board of newly formed “Indian Maritime Centre". Previously, he has served as a Director of Asia-Pacific Region at A.P. Moller Maersk Group (APM Terminals) and held leadership roles in London in shipping and maritime investment sector.
